* Etxetiar, inhabitant, occupant, tenant.

THE ALBUM

This tenant is inhabited by many tenants.

Simple, full of natural sounds, Larburu is recording in his own studio, aiming to capture a more artisanal atmosphere.

Here, classical guitar, voice, violin and organic sounds live with the noise of birds, streams, forests, wind, cars, cranes and neighborhoods, creating something that could be called progressive folk, a style that may not be definitive.

The listening point and Larburu's location will orbit, with the music now coming from here, then from there. It will be a space for the album to transit.

Also: when you enter a song, you will exit into many other areas, and back again; without having to know who is whose tenant.

Mixed by Mikel Azpiroz and Larburu and with binaural sound effects by Koldo Corella, Maizter will take on a different dimension when listened to with headphones, blurring the boundaries and starting points even further.

Music is ephemeral, we are ephemeral, tenants of the world, the body, life and sound.

LIVE PERFORMANCE

Two proposals will be presented for direct viewing: in trios for large spaces and in solos/duos for smaller or more special spaces.

The goal will be to merge the Tenant universe with the uniqueness of the space.

The trio will once again feature Karlos Arancegui and Carlos Taroncher.

Solo or in pairs, the performance will be more naked and intimate, perhaps showing this area of the Tenant in its rawness.

WHEN

The album will be released on March 27, 2025.
